Important Information
- This form is for your personal details. After you complete the form, we will send an email to the address you provide with instructions on how to pay for the course.
- If your employer or sponsor is paying: You can forward the payment email to them.
- Read through the form first to make sure what information is required.
- ID Document: You will need to attach a copy of your ID to this form.
- Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, or PDF
- File size must be less than 1MB.
- Only ID documents / cards or Passports will be accepted.
What Happens After You Submit?
- You click “Submit” on the form
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with:
- Confirmation of your registration
- How to pay online
- If someone else is paying (employer/sponsor), simply forward that email to them
